ELEPHANT LIFE EXPERIENCE HOLDS FIRST ELEPHANT ART EXHIBITION IN EUROPE At the Hilton Prague, Czech Republic, September 18-28 2008

The first Elephant Art exhibition to be held in Europe will be held at the Hilton Prague, Czech Republic, September 18-28 2008.
Acrylic on canvas paintings by three elephant artists from Elephant Life Experience (E.L.E.) Maetaman Valley, Chiang Mai, Thailand will be on display. The paintings were done under direction of ELE’s artistic director Mr. Cholasinth Chorsakul.
The Exhibition is organized by the Royal Thai Embassy in the Czech Republic and the Tourism Authority of Thailand. E.L.E. is Northern Thailand’s newest educational and most enlivening environmental attraction which allows humans and elephants to interact in the beautiful natural surroundings of Chiang Mai’s mountains.

Come celebrate the annual Thai festival, which is held on the night full moon of the 12th month in the traditional Thai Lunar calendar, this usually falls in November.
Buddhists in Thailand honour Buddha by sending a small raft made of banana leaves, flowers, candles and incense, called a ‘Kratong’, into the river. The act of floating away the candle raft is also symbolic of letting go of one’s grudges and anger so that one can start life anew on a better foot. Many Thai people also believe that floating the raft will create good luck and they do it to honour and thank the Goddess of Water, Phra Mae Khongkha. Apart from the floating raft, lanterns (‘Khom Loy’) also become part of this tradition. There are purposes for the Northern Thais to float lanterns, for beauty and for propitious reasons.

Crossing the river is like taking a journey back in time. You will find a peaceful place with lush vegetation, a maze of waterways, small villages, temples and real tropical jungle. If it wasn't for Bangkok's skyline, you would never believe you were so close to the city. And, there is no traffic!
What do we see? We ride through the local communities passing villages, schools and temples (there are over thirty temples in this area) and a delightful floating market (open on weekends only). We will also take you to visit an incense workshop where we have refreshments and see how this local cottage industry operates. And visit a fascinating temple, built in the Ayuthaya period, that is more than 250 years old and has a unique roof made of teak wood.
What is the riding like? We ride about 25 kilometers in total. The ride starts on Sukhumvit Road and there is a short section in the city before we cross the river. We then ride along very minor roads, pathways, through alleys, temples, gardens and tropical jungle. There are no hills. Some of the canal paths are elevated and quite narrow and we advise caution on these sections but otherwise it is a nice easy ride.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) stepped up its marketing efforts in New Zealand and hosted “Amazing Thailand” product presentations for leading travel wholesalers and retailers such as House of Travel, Gulliver, Thailand Holiday, Classic Holiday and others.
The product briefing was held in two key cities. The first of the two presentations held on August 11th at the Sky City Grand Hotel in Auckland attracted 250 participants and the second presentation at the Grand Chancellor Hotel in Christchurch on August 13th attracted another 75 participants.
TAT’s 2008 "Amazing Thailand" product presentation featured an introduction to key travel destinations around the country and Thailand’s leading niche products, organized into seven distinct categories and packaged under the new “Seven Amazing Wonders of Thailand” theme.
The “Seven Amazing Wonders” theme products are: Thainess, Treasure products, Beaches, Nature, Health and Wellness, Trendy and Festivities.
Thailand is considered to be a year round destination — especially for niche markets. With the steady growth of visitor arrivals from New Zealand, the country ranks as the Thai tourism industry’s second most important source for outbound travel to Thailand from Oceania, with Australia taking the lead. In 2007, Thailand welcomed 89,928 visitors from New Zealand, a growth of 3.72 per cent over the previous year. The average length of stay in 2007 was 11.61 days.
Based on research findings, TAT has identified the following niche markets as potential and new emerging market segments for Thailand. As families look to new holiday destinations, the family market has the potential to be the biggest market from New Zealand. Others are golfing, medical tourism, diving, boating and rock-climbing. Honeymoon and weddings also present a huge potential.
Thailand’s national carrier, Thai Airways International (THAI) and partner, Air New Zealand, currently operate five code-sharing flights per week from Auckland direct to Bangkok.
In addition to THAI-Air New Zealand code-sharing flights, the following airlines operate daily flights from Auckland to their various hubs with onward connections to Bangkok: Singapore Airlines – Via Singapore, Cathay Pacific – Via Hong Kong, Malaysian Airlines – Via Kuala Lumpur, Qantas Airways – via Australia, Emirates – via Australia (Thrice weekly then daily from 01 May), Royal Brunei – via Brunei and British Airways – via Sydney (Code share QF Trans Tasman).
The launch of a new weekly Christchurch-Sydney-Bangkok service by Emirates, the international airline of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), commencing in February 2009, will further increase capacity. The route will be served by 777-300 ER aircraft.
Total visitor arrivals from New Zealand is expected to reach 100,000 in 2008 and will account for 4.6 billion baht in tourism revenue generated, an increase 12.99 per cent.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) led a delegation of Thai travel and tourism-related operators from Phuket, Samui and Central Thailand to the NATAS Holiday consumer travel fair in Singapore, August 1-3, 2008.
The NATAS Holiday consumer travel fair is where Singaporean travellers shop for the best bargains for their holidays.
With a strong Singapore Dollar, Singaporean consumers are literally getting more mileage for the dollar. This is spurring a new interest in overseas travel. While Australia, South Korea, Japan and Europe rank as the most popular destinations for long-haul travel for Singaporean travellers, Thailand is the short-haul favourite.
Singapore is an important source market for visitor arrivals to Thailand. The proximity of the city state, excellent accessibility and connectivity, and fast and convenient travel to destinations around Thailand, present numerous opportunities for weekend travel and short trips. This coupled with the tremendous value for money that Thailand offers, accounts for the significant number of return visitors.
While Bangkok, Pattaya, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phuket, Hua Hin and Samui remain the popular choices, visitors from Singapore are beginning to venture beyond these key destinations and have increasingly shown interest in new destinations such as Kanchanaburi, Suphan Buri, Saraburi, Nakhon Ratchasima (Khorat), Krabi and others.
Value-added marketing promotions designed to spark the interest of short-haul visitors, such as the recent launch of the 72 hrs Amazing Thailand Chiang Mai campaign, a joint TAT-MasterCard Worldwide joint promotional campaign following on from the successful introduction of 72 hrs Amazing Thailand are expected to help sustain a steady growth in visitor arrivals from the city state to the Thai kingdom.
Based on visitor arrivals via Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport from January through to June 2008, Thailand has welcomed a total of 230,055 visitors from Singapore, an increase of 24.13 per cent over the same period in 2007. According to TAT forecasts, visitor arrivals from Singapore will reach 879,300 by year-end, reflecting a 10.04 per cent growth over the 2007 year-end total.

The growing concern worldwide over global warming and climate change combined with rising oil prices, the energy crisis and the economic slowdown has led to dramatic changes in consumer attitudes, travel seasonality and other travel patterns and trends. MULTI-PRONGED MARKETING STRATEGY TARGETS ONE MILLION INDIAN VISITORS
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has crafted a multi-sectoral, multi-city marketing strategy as part of the efforts to attract one million visitor arrivals from India by 2012.
Presently, Thailand gets more than one million visitor arrivals from Malaysia, Japan and China. TAT is hoping to see India join that list within four years.
According to TAT Governor Mrs. Phornsiri Manoharn, “Our marketing strategy is based on the fact that there is virtually unlimited potential from India in all categories of travel, be it leisure, business, MICE, honeymooners, or special interest.
“We plan to invest heavily in developing the Indian market over the next few years, in both the major metro cities as well as secondary cities nationwide. The increasing number of flights between the two countries by both Thai and Indian airlines will help provide the necessary feed,” she said.
TAT opened its New Delhi office in 2003 and appointed a marketing representative in Mumbai in November 2007. This year, the Mumbai representation will be upgraded into a full-scale office.
Mrs Phornsiri says, “We are pursuing creative ways to expand our brand image in India, amongst both consumers and trade. India is now being promoted under the “Amazing Thailand” brand name along with its key sub-themes, Thai-ness, Beaches, Nature, Heritage, Health and Wellness, Chic and Trendy products, and Festivals.
“This year, for the first time, we hosted one of India’s well-known Bollywood film awards ceremonies, getting massive television coverage across India. Thailand is also becoming extremely popular for Indian honeymooners and shopping enthusiasts.”
Further growth is a certainty, especially as more Indian and Thai airlines add more flights. An upcoming free-trade agreement between India and Thailand on the one hand, and India and the ASEAN countries on the other will also facilitate business and trade contacts, Mrs. Phornsiri said.
TAT has identified target segments such as family groups, incentive groups, wedding parties, and honeymooners.
In road shows and workshops across India, leading Indian tour operators are being presented with various ideas to feature in a package. New tourism destinations being presented include Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Krabi, Phuket, Ko Samui and the Greater Mekong Sub-region countries such as Lao PDR, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
Mrs Phornsiri said that the main selling points of Thailand in the Indian market include: Value for money and affordability; Great shopping; Accessibility and proximity; Variety; Visa on arrival facility; and year-round holiday destination.

The program is expected to help sustain the double-digit growth in MICE visitors seen in Thailand in recent years.Despite the political impasse, 74 TCEB-supported events scheduled for the remainder of 2008 are still confirmed in Thailand. This demonstrates the resilience of the industry and the confidence of business visitors for Thailand as a globally-preferred MICE destination.The Bureau also plans to invite organizers across all MICE sectors to visit Thailand and spend some time to see the real situation for themselves. As well as the fully / subsidized inspection tour program for overseas MICE operators, TCEB is launching three attractive incentive schemes for MICE events to be held in Thailand. The “Three Pluses” scheme, to be offered to organizers of MICE events this year are as follows:Meetings Plus ProgramThis scheme is being offered for Meetings and Incentives groups with a 3 nights’ stay in Bangkok. A fourth night at the same level of accommodation will be given free, at the courtesy of TCEB. The offer applies to groups with confirmed reservations for the period of September 15 – December 31, 2008.Conventions Plus ProgramConvention organizers with confirmed events from now until December 2008 can take advantage of additional support for every international delegate attending their event, in the amount of 200 Baht per person per day. The incentive is given on top of the Bureau’s normal subvention scheme as a token of thanks for their confidence and loyalty towards Thailand.Exhibitions Plus ProgramEvery trade show supported by TCEB will receive a direct 200,000 Baht subsidy, in addition to the normal support program, to be spent on international media or hosted buyers. Global Mala Samui 2008A Community Festival for a Clean and Green SamuiSeptember 21st is the United Nations International Day of Peace and organizations across the globe will hold fund and awareness-raising celebrations for the most essential issues of our times: environment, health and human rights. This is called the Global Mala Project.The Global Mala was an event intended to raise consciousness and raise funds for environmental issues on Samui.
Last year the event incurred few costs, with most businesses and individuals donating either time, money or prizes. With these funds the Mala team have mainly supported pilot educational projects. Global Mala has supported Khun Diaw (Cholnachakorn Anumart), who some of you may know from BioRock, who has also created a group called ‘The Seedling Club’ as she is out ‘seeding’ young minds about the environment, and hoping tall strong green supporters will grow from it! Diaw’s approach is to use fun activities, but with serious intent.
We have called these activities ‘pilot projects’ because they are trial runs – we are trying to see which activities yield the most in terms of awareness and real benefits. Our hope is that this knowledge can be applied to include more children in the future if more funds are raised in the future.

The world’s most exciting player, world #3 Novak Djokovic will lead the field at the Thailand Open 2008 which will be held at Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani from September 21 to 28.
Australian Open champion Djokovic will be joined by two-time Grand Slam champion Marat Safin and Australian Open runner up Jo-Wilfried Tsonga as well as the return of Thailand’s Paradorn Srichaphan to top tennis in the singles draw. In the doubles, local heroes and defending champions Sonchat and Sanchai Ratiwatana will be back to defend their first ATP Tour title.
Djokovic is looking forward to a good showing at the tournament. “I remember my last trip to Bangkok to play in the Thailand Open. I was only 17 and ranked #248 in the world. It was only my third ATP Tour event. I’m really looking forward to playing the Thailand Open again this year,” added Djokovic.
Crowd favorite Safin has enjoyed a resurgent 2008 and will be making his third appearance at the Thailand Open. He made the semi-finals in 2004 and 2006 and has proved a big hit with Thai fans on both occasions. “I always like playing the Thailand Open and I’m looking forward to another good tournament this year,” Safin said.
Jo-Wilfried Tsonga has been the breakout star of 2008 reaching the final of the Australian Open – beating Gasquet, Murray and Nadal along the way – and seeing his ranking jump from #212 at the beginning of 2007 to #13. The irrepressible Frenchman will be making his first appearance at the Thailand Open.
Paradorn is aiming to put 18 months out with injury behind him with a return to top tennis in his home tournament. "My entire attention now focuses on the fitness, preparation and performing well for the tournament this year," Paradorn said. “I long for that feeling where I walk down the stairs and onto the tennis court surrounded by Thais,” he added.
Last year’s surprise doubles winners, Sonchat and Sanchai Ratiwatana have gone on to further success in 2008 winning their second ATP Tour title in Chennai and reaching the finals in Memphis. They are keen to defend their title this year and hope for the same support they enjoyed last year. “We would like fans to come join and support us at this year’s Thailand Open,” Sonchat said.

MICHAEL GINORHUDSON VALLEY FOIE GRAS, USAAn integral part of the World Gourmet Festival from its beginning, Michael joins us again for a record 9th time. Michael and his business partner Izzy Yanay established Hudson Valley Foie Gras, the major foie gras producer in the world today, and since 1998, have distributed its moulard duck products through a network of domestic distributors extending throughout the United States, and beyond to Argentina, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Venezuela. Hudson Valley Foie Gras received the 1993 Gold Merit Award from Chefs in America and the 1996 Award for Excellence from The James Beard Foundation. In 1996, Hudson Valley received the Five Star Diamond Award from the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences and in 1998 the Award of Excellence from the American Tasting Institute. In 1996, Michael received the first Olive Branch Award from the Jewish National Fund for humanitarian and professional achievements. He was honoured with the 1997 Angel Award from The James Beard Foundation and in 1998 received the American Master Taster Award from the American Tasting Institute. Both Michael and Izzy Yanay were inducted into the James Beard Foundation 2001 Who’s Who of Food and Beverage. MAURIZIO QUARANTALA SPERANZA, ALBA, ITALY Born in Valgrana Small Village near Cuneo, Piedmont and growing up in the northern part of Italy Maurizio joined the culinary school in Mondovi in 1983. During his diploma course he started to perfect his culinary skills by working part time in St. Moritz, Switzerland, the Cote de D”Azur in France as well as in Central Italy. In 1995 Maurizo opened his first restaurant "Locanda dell’Angelo" near Cuneo which was well recognized by national restaurant guide. In 2000 he opened his second restaurant "Locanda del Pilone" near Alba and was honored with his first Michelin Star in 2002. Maurizio left the restaurant at the end of his contract in May 2008 and is currently working on plans for a new restaurant. Throughout the years, Maurizio has been through different trainings with several well-known chefs such as Sergio Mei, Giorgio Nardelli, Oriol Castra of "El Bulli" as well as the team at "Balzi Rossi", a 2 Michelin star restaurant in Ventimiglia.GLEN BALLISNEDAL’NIJ VOSTOK, MOSCOW, RUSSIAGlen Ballis was born in Melbourne, Australia where he received his culinary education at the local college. He started in the restaurant business some 25 years ago including running his own restaurant for two years in Northern Australia. Glen broadened his culinary expertise in Thailand with Banyan Tree Hotels and stints in Shanghai, Malaysia and Guadeloupe. He also supervised all restaurants at Harrods, London’s premier department store for some time.At "Nedal’nij Vostok" Glen describes his menu as fresh, light, with new smells, tastes and textures and unusual combinations from different cuisines. He believes that a chef’s experience plays a crucial role and he travels twice a year to get acquainted with new dishes and to bring new ideas back to Russia. According to Glen a good chef works with enthusiasm and is always ready to learn and grow. A chef’s work must be creative and he needs to able to pass the enthusiasm on to his team.
SIGGI HALLSIGGI HALL RESTAURANT, REYKJAVIK, ICELANDSigurdur Larus Hall, aka “Siggi Hall”has been a Certified Master Chef since 1982 and while he is now an Ambassador for New Nordic Food as appointed by the Nordic Minister Council he actually started as a trainee in classical french cooking in Reykavik. During the following years he worked both in Norway and Denmark but returned to his native Iceland in 1990. Siggi’s passion is to promote icelandic or nordic food to other cultures. He has been a chef and consultant for the Icelandic Trade Council and has lead the Icelandic Culinary Team from 1991-1996 in international competitions and he appeared in over 60 TV shows in USA, Canada and Europe since 2000. Such as CBS Early Morning Show, Fox morning show et alia. PM to have absolute control; PAD to go on protesting despite state of emergency; more people join protest at Government House, pro-government protesters regroup at Sanam Luang, 436 BMA schools closed
Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej Tuesday morning declared the state of emergency in Bangkok following a fatal clash between the pro- and anti-government supporters early in the morning which killed at least one man and injured dozens.
Reasoning that some groups of people caused disturbances in Bangkok that affect the peace and security, Samak announced the enforcement of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations in Bangkok.
The prime minister's order also appointed the army chief to be in charge of enforcing the emergency decree in Bangkok.
The announcement exempted the enforcement paragraph 1 of Article 9 which prohibits people from leaving their houses, meaning people can still go to work.
The state of emergency prohibits gathering of more than five people.
The state of emergency authorises the authorities to evict people from any place or prohibit them from entering a place.
The state of emergency also prohibits news publicity in a way that terrifies the public.
The Manager's website said the protesters occupying Government House were determined to stay on. Protest leaders also told the demonstrators that the government could soon shut down ASTV, the cable TV network belonging to the People Alliance for Democracy. The announcement sent some PAD members to the ASTV headquarters.
The state of emergency also allows the authorities to detain suspects for seven days and would prohibit people from making illegal entries into government offices.
After learning about the emergency situation announcement, the Democratic Alliance Against Dictatorship-led protesters dispersed from the area near the Rajdamnone Boxing Stadium but regrouped at Sanam Luang.
The leaders of the People's Alliance for Democracy also were unperturbed by the state of emergency, saying the protest would continue at Government House.
Thai PBS reporter reported from the scene that more people came out to join the rally Tuesday morning.
After making the announcement, Samak appeared in good mood when he accompanied his party member to apply for the Bangkok governor election Tuesday morning.
At 7:20 am, Samak accompaiend Praphat Jongsanguan to apply as a Bangkok governor election candidate at the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration head office.
Democrat Party MP Sathit Wongnongtoey said the state of emergency would allow the prime minister to have absolute control.
Sathit said it seemed that the government foresaw the violence and state of emergency. He said the prime minster and People Power MPs indicated the violence would take place when they spoke during a debate on the political crisis Sunday night.
Supreme Commander Gen Boonsrang Niampradit said the people should stay calm and the government would take only necessary actions.
The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration announced that its 436 schools will be closed for three days following the announcement of the state of emergency in the capital.

China on Tuesday voiced its "sincere" hope of political stability in Thailand after a state of emergency was declared in Bangkok in the morning, Xinhua news agency reported.
"As a friendly neighbour of Thailand, we have closely followed the developments there and sincerely hope that Thailand can maintain political stability," Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said at a regular briefing.
On Tuesday morning, Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej announced imposing a state of emergency in Bangkok following violent clashes between pro- and anti-government protesters in the early Tuesday morning that left one dead and 44 injured.

During an emergency session of Parliament on Sunday, Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej could have made history if he had chosen to step down or dissolve Parliament after the 12-hour debate. Instead, he ended up as an angry-looking leader who wanted to cling to power, come what may.
Less than 24 hours after the end of the debate, pro-government elements, armed with sticks and clubs, broke through unarmed police barricades. They moved towards Government House, where People's Alliance for Democracy protesters have camped for the past week.
The violent clash killed one man and injured nearly 40 people.
The police almost turned a blind eye to the pro-government elements' move towards the Makkhawan Rangsan Bridge during the early hours where they confronted and clashed with anti-government protesters.
Samak used the confrontation as the raison d'etre to declare the state of emergency. The situation, violent as it might look, did not justify a state of emergency as we did not experience widespread riots or clashes beyond the normal control of police.
Under the executive order, all the emergency power to restore order will be transferred to Army Chief General Anupong Paochinda, but Anupong made it clear at Army headquarters that the Army would use only dialogue and negotiations to restore order without resorting to using force.
This looked like a snub to Samak, who would prefer the Army to use decisive measures to quash the protest at Government House.
At this dangerous moment, we have the following recommendations for all sides to consider in taking the necessary steps to end the political crisis.
First, the prime minister must revoke the state of emergency as quickly as possible.
The longer this stern measure is imposed, the more damage it will create to confidence in the Thai economy and in the country as a whole.
Second, Samak must step down or dissolve Parliament to take responsibility for the fatal clashes on Tuesday and to bring an end to the political crisis.
The Law Society of Thailand has issued a statement expressing doubt over the clash, which looked as if it was a plot written solely to lead to the declaration of the state of emergency.
At the same time, the nine leaders of the PAD must turn themselves in to police to face allegations of treason against the state. Then the protesters must disperse in peace.
Third, all the coalition partners must consider pulling the plug if Samak insists on hanging on in office.
Fourth, an impartial committee must investigate the violent incident to find out who was the mastermind behind the clash between pro-government forces and the PAD.
Fifth, ASTV, the cable-TV broadcasting mouthpiece of the protesters, and NBT, the mouthpiece of the Public Relations Department, must stop disseminating news and information that incites further confrontation in Thai society.
We believe these crucial steps would help restore peace and order to society as a whole, for now at least.

Samak said he learnt from reports on several TV stations about the speculation of his resignation. He repeated his accusations on PAD leaders who led the occupation of the Government House since last week that who they are and whether they had rights to oust him.Samak said it was the protesters who are violating the Constitution and the law by occupying the Government House. "People who have no (legal) status went into the Government House. How could it be right? How could the country stand if they don't hold on to the Constitution?'' said Samak. "A country without rule of law is not workable. It will be a Barbarian state," he said. Yesterday speculations spread that Samak planned to announce his resignation in his today radio programme. There were three scenarios for embattled prime minister; dissolving Parliament, resigning to pave the way for a new coalition government and resigning to result in formation of a national unity government. The world’s most exciting player, world #3 Novak Djokovic will lead the field at the Thailand Open 2008 which will be held at Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani from September 21 to 28.
Australian Open champion Djokovic will be joined by two-time Grand Slam champion Marat Safin and Australian Open runner up Jo-Wilfried Tsonga as well as the return of Thailand’s Paradorn Srichaphan to top tennis in the singles draw. In the doubles, local heroes and defending champions Sonchat and Sanchai Ratiwatana will be back to defend their first ATP Tour title.
Djokovic is looking forward to a good showing at the tournament. “I remember my last trip to Bangkok to play in the Thailand Open. I was only 17 and ranked #248 in the world. It was only my third ATP Tour event. I’m really looking forward to playing the Thailand Open again this year,” added Djokovic.
Crowd favorite Safin has enjoyed a resurgent 2008 and will be making his third appearance at the Thailand Open. He made the semi-finals in 2004 and 2006 and has proved a big hit with Thai fans on both occasions. “I always like playing the Thailand Open and I’m looking forward to another good tournament this year,” Safin said.
Jo-Wilfried Tsonga has been the breakout star of 2008 reaching the final of the Australian Open – beating Gasquet, Murray and Nadal along the way – and seeing his ranking jump from #212 at the beginning of 2007 to #13. The irrepressible Frenchman will be making his first appearance at the Thailand Open.
Paradorn is aiming to put 18 months out with injury behind him with a return to top tennis in his home tournament. "My entire attention now focuses on the fitness, preparation and performing well for the tournament this year," Paradorn said. “I long for that feeling where I walk down the stairs and onto the tennis court surrounded by Thais,” he added.
Last year’s surprise doubles winners, Sonchat and Sanchai Ratiwatana have gone on to further success in 2008 winning their second ATP Tour title in Chennai and reaching the finals in Memphis. They are keen to defend their title this year and hope for the same support they enjoyed last year. “We would like fans to come join and support us at this year’s Thailand Open,” Sonchat said.
